Night Life in Curitiba

Curitiba may be known as a green city, for its parks and recycling programs, but after 7:00 p.m. people leave their obligations to dive into the night life of clubs and bars. If you like an agitated lifestyle then you’re coming to the right city.

There are options for all kinds of tastes and musical genres, from Brazilian sertanejo, funk, samba and pagode, to international pop, hip-hop, rock and many others. Even if you don’t like clubs, there are plenty of bars where you can go with friends to drink and have a good time. In fact there’s a street full of those called Vicente Machado. You don’t even have to stay inside the bar, you can have great conversations at the street.

Another great thing about Curitiba’s night life is that at any time you leave the club or bar, if you’re hungry, you have options of what you can eat. It is very common to find food trucks of hamburgers and hot-dogs outside the places.
